Conversations are an important, if not critical part of learning. Being around and talking to senior designers helped me grow immensely. Today, my weekly conversation with my podcast co-host, Anfisa, is one of my best rituals for learning, as it helps me put things into perspective while articulating my position on things.

And it was like that from day 1 in my design career. Being around senior designers, listening to their conversations, getting involved to share my point of view or ask questions, all this exchange was an essential part of my growth.
