There are plenty of version and variations to UX processes. To most senior design leaders, the most reliable one remains the Double Diamond. The key aspect about processes is to always keep in mind that they are non-linear. While many people think you go smoothly from one stage to another, the reality is that there’s a lot of back and forth, it’s messy, is interrupted and it’s simply not a checklist of activities as it’s often portrayed.
